So Far… Sooooo close…

Day three of attempts. We came quite close to the record and built the largest formation ever built. You may ask, “how is that not a world record?” Before doing a world record you must declare in advance exactly what that record will be. In our reach for 107 we have hit 101 and 103 which are the biggest ever but NOT the record we declared. It’s getting better and better each time and our confidence is staying high. if it was easy we would have done it years ago.

Attempt #8 resulted in a wrap on row 9 and 10 of the right side of the formation, so starburst was called early. We had one cutaway, but everyone landed safely! The formation built earlier than any previous jump, with great height to continue building if there hadn’t been the wrap.

Attempt #9 are heading out to the plane now to go get it!
